Well it's been ages since I've written, but that doesn't mean all is quiet, far from it!

The Spain tour with Barflyz was unbelievable and the show on the last night was one of the best gigs I've ever been fortunate enough to play, a hard one to equal let alone beat. Still juggling time between work / music / training for bike ride. I need to increase my daily mileage so I've taken to early morning cycling... * yawn *. It is nice to start work though all fired up with adrenaline :-)
